Termite damage was repaired and 80% of exterior wall and any exposed flooring wood was treated with Timbor, a permanent pesticide that will kill termites for the life of the home.
Not only is there a new laminate floor, but a new sub-floor of exterior grade OSB was put down for rigidity. New drywall was installed in all but the kitchen and guest bathroom. In order to support the weight of drywall a stucco metal-stud bearing wall was installed around the perimeter of the crawlspace.
